“If it’s not for you, don’t look.” said Mila Kunis to breastfeeding shamers.
While some people are still thinking that breastfeeding in public places is inappropriate, the wife of Ashton Kutcher and also the mother of a child has something different to say. “I support evert woman’s choice in what she wants to do and whatever makes them happy, but for me, I did nurse my child and I literally breastfeed everywhere.”
“There were many times where I didn’t bring a cover with me, and so I just did it in a restaurant, in the subway, in the park, at airports, and in planes.” she said at her Bad Moms movie premiere on Monday, July 18. “Why I do it in public? Becase I had to feed my child. She’s hungry. I need to feed her whether it’s out of a bottle or out of my boob no matter where I was.”
She then admitted that it makes her and Ashton ‘feel a little weird’ to see people looking at them ‘in a shameful way’ while the actress stated that breastfeeding is not a ‘sexual act’. However, she chooses to just ignore all negative opinions that might come.
“It didn’t matter to me what other people thought. That’s what I chose to do, but I think it’s unfortunate that people are so hard on women who chooss to do it in public.” she said.
The star who is expecting her second child then has a message for the breastfeeding shamers, “If it’s not for you, don’t look.”
